Good leaders are followed chiefly because people trust and respect them, rather than the skills they possess. The program focuses on leadership as a nurturing act in which a leader, through a strong emotional bond of trust and setting of example, nurtures his team members to engage in their work, howsoever challenging it might be.After the workshop the participants will be able to:
