O&M Aspects and Performance of APH |
Programme Overview
and Objective |
Availability of Air pre-heaters and its performance has significant impact on sustainability of power generation and cycle efficiency. It is important that proper scheduling and scope of maintenance of APH are planned through improved monitoring and diagnostic techniques. Appropriate maintenance work (requisite replacement, repair or retrofit) of APH parts (baskets, seals, sector plates etc.) can yield excellent results in terms plant availability and efficiency.
The programme is aimed to provide O&M aspects of APH. Upon completing the training programme, participants will be able to analyze APH performances better and take necessary corrective actions at the O&M level for improvement in plant availability and efficiency. |
